I am looking for a webform webmaster who can develop a professional partial Feng Shui webform with calculations. This is a easy form which can be developped in less then 1 day with only 3 fields. The first input field is only a anniversary date field, with some logic after. The second field is the sex (M/F) of the user. The third output field is a figure between 1 and 9 that we need and that we find in the attach table.
What is the calculation to do to get the third output field ?
The user puts his/her anniversary date in the first field (DD/MM/YYYY) (day-mounth-year)
He puts his civility sex (Male/Female) (M/F)
In the attach word picture, you find his year field (YYYY) in the right column and you follow the year on the top of the column for a man and on the bottom of the column for a woman.
The corresponding figure is the answer for output third field.
Attention : if the user is born for the 4th february, his/her year field must be the year before (-1).
EX:
input date : 01/05/1995
input Sex : F
Output : 1
EX2 :
input date : 30/1/2006
Input Sex : M
Output : 2
You can use the plugin or the form plugin you want. I will give you a test server where you can put your work.
