Fine tune my Wordpress website + SEO + Web Design -- 2

PLEASE READ FULLY. WILL NOT ACCEPT GENERIC PROPOSAL. I have a website that was done badly. I need your help to fix this. I have posted this previously but i could not fine what i was looking for. Fix full website according to PSD. This includes font, color, etc Change logo - see attached - (the one with the Purple Nutri, Black 2go, Black Line and small green leaf. Sequence of links – Home, About Us, Blog, Nutrition services, Contact us Store should be separate – [login to view URL] Opt in that follows, just like [login to view URL] Change book to schedule a call back! Blog feed should be before how it works- just like - [login to view URL] Remove benefits Blog page layout should be just like - [login to view URL] Don’t need to do the user portal that is in PSD. Build a simple CMS to manage all leads All leads, sign up and contact us leads should be forwarded to info @ nutri2go . ae How it works should be changed to - Step 1 - Contact us to get started (with hyperlink to contact us page) Links to store should be - Coming soon! Paypal integration Need images Build complicated sign up page SEO ready As you see I really like [login to view URL], so please feel free to reccomend changes to like that website. Sections of the website that i do not like and need your creative help: 1. About us 2. Services 3. Home page Lastly, please make sure to bid what you think this website is worth, as I don't want to negotiate later. I've attached what images of the psd for your reference.
