We currently have a website that is built with Codeignitor (PHP technology) and is a MVC Modal. The website is currently published as draft mode, but algorithm behind it is not working as required. The purpose of the website is for a request based system. There are 3 distinct sections of the website • A customer who makes a request for a product/service • Service provider that can service the request • Admin – Super user account that manages the website Customer’s quote request is matched with 3 random service providers that can potentially service the request, if a service provider accept the request and makes a offer and the customer accepts the offer, then the service provider renders the product/service and complete the request in the system. Much of the website’s functionality is done by another developer, but the algorithm that is to manage how the request works is not working properly as required. Once we select most suitable developer, we will provide: • Detailed requirement (with clarification the components that are done and those that are outstanding); and • Access to the website (including the code).
