We have a stock photo we'd like to use on our website but there are a few issues with it. First, it needs to be a shade darker so the white background text shows up better. Second, it needs to load faster. Third, the same image needs to present on all browsers and devices. Right now, the image seen on the phone is different than what is presented on the desktop. We'd like the desktop image to be the one that is shown across device sizes. The site address is [login to view URL] The stock photo we are using is attached.

To accomplish the first requirement, I will add a div that will overlay the photo, such div will have transparency and the effect will be achieved. Second, speed load depends on the image itself, it seems to be a high res image and therefore the download time, we could try downsizing it to scale where no quality problems are to be perceived. Third, in order to make it work properly on every browser and devices, the image needs to be set as the background of an element with the CSS property "cover", that will always keep it centred and looking good.
