Hi there, I would like to put forward my bid to work complete the build of a Google Analytics dashboard for you. Rather than coding a dashboard from scratch in JS, R or another language, I instead propose to use Google Data Studio to create your required dashboard. Using Data Studio will enable a faster turn around as well as the ability for either your team members or myself to update and blend in new data sources as required in the future. My proposal is to build an initial low fidelity minimum viable product (MVP) for your feedback (milestone 1) and then continue the build in an iterative fashion based on your comments prior to delivering the finished report. Given that you have provided an excellent example report, I can follow this layout in the first instance and then modify this as needed based on our discussions during feedback.
