Gravity Forms Add On (Labels on Picture)

We need an addon to gravity forms where we can take a picture and then edit/mark the picture to add small circles coloured in Red/Yellow/Orange with the letters D or S or M or C (Letters coloured white when on Red/Orange Circle & Dark Grey when on Yellow).

The Ideal way would be once a picture is taken there is a menu prompt over the picture that the user can select and then choose option and tap picture to mark it. will also need an undo option (just in case)

I have added a picture which shows an END Result of what we'd like to be able to do during Form Entry.
