Job Description:
I need a grievances management system both native mobile and web based. The end user will submit their grievances filling a smart form ,voice record or attaching live recording by phone camera . No registration required but a tracking code and digital invoice will go his phone number . Letter on he can track for feedback .
Will help on UI design from our side. Live chat --- documents attach,video call Possible . Auto gps/phone number , device ip collection and display on admin dashboard . Admin could create subadmin - and several office wit their services ---- when any grievences will come admin will assign to subadmin/particular offices with time bound ,subadmin will get sms notification ,Subadmin could invite for physical meeting to the reporter or give the feedback or send the appoinment /instruction , could request to participate for video call as well. Super admin could create and manage all password and user name of subadmin and office data,Super adimin could send email ,sms to users ,subadmin by the intehrated sms api. All kinds of advance filtering, exporting ,printing manues,Message API,notification , should be there on grievencaes lsit table . An Uniques Invoice for each report/grievances should be there (with QR code ,filled data ,date,time ,feedback- etc ) this should reach to user phone as url to access digitally .----- will guide. FIlled should be dynamic from backend
