Hi,
We are launching a new SERP rank tracker website / application as we are seeking an experienced developer to build on our existing platform (link below) PHP rank.

It is our aim to add a payment method to this along with new membership plans and features.
So we want to:
1) setup paid SAAS user levels with payment. The current license does NOT support paid users types so we need to understand if we can do that or the original developer sells an extended license which allows to sell user plans.
2) We also want to build on the SERP tracker tool to allow users to create projects (websites) then use the tools within their account level to generate reports. We want to offer the functionality to turn those reports into PDF reports which have our logo on the reports. If the user has the Gold tier level or above they can BRAND the reports as their own for web and digital agencies to brand.
3) We want the SERP tool to save users 'projects' and the keywords on file. We will also ping their keywords daily and track the improvements on a daily basis then give the user an update with positional shifts on a weekly / monthly basis so they can understand the changes throughout the month.
Our vision for this is for INDIVIDUAL website owners as well as AGENCIES to use our tool for their SEO clients.
We have alot more products we want to build but it'll be down the track. We want to first establish Our brand and business.

We want to offer FREE SEO tools to users as well as have MANY more of our tools available to users.
We will have 4 plans
Silver = Up to 5 projects and 200 search terms in SERP
Gold = Up to 10 projects and 400 search terms in SERP. access to Analytics for their projects
Agency = Unlimited projects, unlimited search terms, branded SERP reports , access to analytics
Platinum - Same as Agency but access to Unlimited Analytics accounts.
Built using Boottstap in frontend and laravel in Backend and MySQL
