HTML and API expert needed

I need an expert of both HTML and API to make an adjustment to already functioning website as follows:
The website is linked with another service provider (Website) that provides services I resell, My website syncs these services via API but one of the elements is not being synced although the provider allows it to be syced which is the service description.
What I need is someone to look into the functions of the API and enable the syncing of the service description.
