image url that can be dynamically changed

Hello, I am looking for a PHP script with the following functionality: USER SIDE - user registration (username, password, google captcha) - user can verify his account - user can upload 3 images in his account - user can select only one image at time (radio button) and set it to active - the script generate a unique link that will show a fixed name image URL (but the image is the one that the user selected). In other words: I want the users to be able to select one image with radio buttons, hit save and the URL (which is fixed) to display the selected image. The PHP script to overwrite the image URL with the selected image. The fixed image URL is [login to view URL] Example: User uploads 3 images for each radio button: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and yellow.jpg. If the user selects [login to view URL] then the [login to view URL] will actually display the red image. If the user later on decides to change the image and selects the [login to view URL] then the url (with no change in name) [login to view URL] will display the [login to view URL] image. Menu for the user L home page (where use sees the 3 upload image features with radio buttons and save button) L Account (e-mail address shaded out and password field twice*) * if the users resets password then confirmation e-mail is sent to registered e-mail ADMIN SIDE - admin on main page will see 2 lists with all registered users with pagination that can be changed - the admin can delete or edit the users details (so two icons next to each username) - the admin can change the user detail from 0 to 1: - 0 means user not verified and the user can not create the images mentioned above - 1 means user is verified and the user can create the above functionality - on the main page there are the following menu items ADMIN L Users 0 (xx) L Users 1 (xx) L Account (xx) is counter for each type of user. REGISTRATION process: 1. - username = e-mail address - password - captcha 2. Automatic e-mail sent out and account requires verification 3. Once verified user can ask to be validated (this is an external process and not required in the website at the moment) The requirement: - PHP/MySQL - secure clean code with comments and brief explanation on overall functionality - installation procedure fully explained - no special template required, but the use of bootstrap 4 frame work is important (so I can modify that later on).
