need a iptv portal for existing android app, php or golang. the portal must support diferent kind of smart tv's, mostly LG & Samsung if you dont have a way to test with lg tv please dont aply, at WebOs is the mostly required features needed features: 1. channels listing (with and without categorys) 2. tv must be authenticated using supported auth, either token or mac, or whatever supported method 3. any kind of billing, including code based recharge, no need for payment methods. the billing period must be chousen during code generation, if two codes was entred, billing period must be incrumented. 4. sending notification to supported devices, using Push.
