I have a couple of projects and junior developers. My main challenge is planning, quality checking and . I need a lead developer to help with the following: 1. Planning / Scheduling: compile tasks, assign to team members and verify its done. 2. Mentoring: Upskill team members on planning, software coding standards and software testing 3. Streamline software development and support processes. 4. Programming: We develop using PHP and Bootstrap. We have an MVC framework. Our projects include E-Procurement, E-Learning, HR and some other few ones. Important: This is a full-time role, at least 6 hours a day. Must have at least 10 years of experience in development, and experience as a manager / lead developer. This is set to run for 3 months but can be extended. Budget USD 350 - USD 500 per month.
