Hi, I am Neaz. I am thinking about my new website and this website will be a service based website. So, I need some service holder for my website. First I want to create a team and for my team, I need a few employers who will work for me contract basis. If we get any job in the web development field then our web developer will assist our client. As a result, our web developer gets 65% of our actual money. And the rest 5% will get our sales person who will earn the job from anywhere. Online marketplace service charge 10%. Rest 20% will be my profit as a company holder and manage all of you. Example: if our contract will be at $400 Web developer earnings will be $260 The salesperson will get $20 Service charge $40 Our profit will be $80 So, we need to connect all the time and work with us when we need you. If you agree with this term then I will hire you. And give you a milestone when we need you. Also, as a web developer, your name will be on our website employer list section. N.B. All contract will go with freelancer.com without freelancer.com we will not hire you at any place. I just wanted to business with you through this platform.
