Magento Product Import Script Updates and Integrate new supplier data from XML feed

I'm looking for someone who is skilled in Magento / PHP Website development.
Milestones will be paid in escrow and released when work is finished or at agreed milestones.
I have an existing product import script with category mapper that needs a few updates.
- fix automatic download of files from supplier, put some checks in place to send email an email / log on success or failure.
- Put some validation in place so price updates are occurring correctly.
- Fix duplicate names, brand eg may appear on some products as HP HP Product for all new and existing products. Import product data to keywords, name, description, short description, url key meta information etc.
- Add MPN and disclaimer information to product listings in child theme.
- Currently script will scrape product images from supplier, ability to turn off.
- Each time the script runs an email report is sent to me with status, number of items imported etc. Would like this to include duration of time script is running.
- Product “Additional Information” hide all lines where there is no data, ie N/A
- Update dashboard in Magento so it information is accurate. (see attachment image)
Integrate a new supplier data feed.
New supplier can supply data in either XML (preferred) or CSV downloaded from URL.
- Requires a category mapper so I can import selected categories to my store
- Ability to add % profit to each category
- Email / Log when feed has been downloaded daily, products updated, out of stock, how long the script took to run.
- Alert for any products that are no longer contained in the data feed
- Add products to different warehouse, Might be AU1 for first supplier and AU2 for second
- Ability to filter products that are duplicates from both suppliers.
- Map Products to Magento as per my requirements.
- Scheduled via cron
