Make a simple Android and Iphone app, that opens a WordPress website.

This is a very simple task as it requires next to no coding.
Rather than open our WordPress website using a browser app, we would like to have the website open within its own app. All the app will be doing is acting as a browser for this website only. It should not have an address bar, just show the actual website and use the mobile friendly functionality from the website.
The task requires 3 steps.
Create a simple app that loads our logo for .5sec
link it to open our already fully functional wordpress site that is mobile friendly.
Create an app Icon for the app using part of our logo.
The app will need to be made for both android and for iphone.
The bidder with the best rating, price and experience will get the job.
