Merge login for PHPprobid and AbleSpace

We currently have an active busy auction site (PHPProbid) that has over 7000 members, we have added AbleSpace to it, and wish to have one login area that shares the username and password of any new client, between both systems.
We also need to add all the old users from the auction site to AbleSpace to allow one unique login.
The last option would be to have any unpaid member on Ablespace trigger an account suspension on PHPProbid, so any auctins would not show until payment is made vie Ablespace. There is a function within PHPProbid that could be altered with ease to allow this.
