We are looking to have Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrated with Kayako Fusion.
- To sync customer activity and information between both platforms (MS CRM and KAYAKO) this includes the following:
o Customer Commissioning information, General information( MS CRM)
o Technical Service Activities(KAYAKO)
Wants
- CRM
o All tickets related to a customer to be viewed in the “Cases” section
o Current “Software Version” and “upgrade date” fields to sync from KAYAKO
o Call Logs from customer should be displayed in the “Activities” section
- KAYAKO
o New section the “Organization” section to display Commissioning info from MS CRM
Most fields should be read only expect the current version field
o New ticket form to have “Organization” section built in
