Modify a custom made Wordpress plugin

We had a programmer create some custom fields for WooCommerce. Where customers can calculate the area of the product they want to order. Also some dependencies between options. For instance if you choose certain option from a certain attribute, this can hide another option or attribute. All that works great.
We just need some adjustments to it. It works good in general terms, it has its backend sections etc.
We are just looking for someone (preferably a team, that also has a graphic designer-s in their lines) that understands Wordpress and WooCommerce, PHP and overall function calls, hooks, etc. and overall Wordpress architecture.
