deliverable:

* site: [login to view URL] - runs in my own server running latest ubuntu (OVH host)

* give me advice on whether im barking up the right tree with paid memberships pro and profile builder pro - im willing to get other software, paid memberships pro (using paypal standard) does not communicate with the paypal IPN at all with no error message or explanation. i can either buy something else or go for the pro version. whatever i use must have a 'pay what you want' per year option. ive already invested in paid memberships and im not sure what to do about that.

* finish the site, with paid membership pro (or replacement) and woocommerce integrated (woocommerce has no products its not a big job, just one test working one is fine).

* find some way - either through nginx config htpasswd or through wordpress frontend to protect one folder with 30 gig of content that becomes available for members. (its a server directory not a directly addressable wordpress page, therefore the plugin doesnt see it, could just put an nginx pass on it but prefer a more elegant solution as long as its quick)

* integrate woocommerce with a printable site such as cafepress ? (optional)

* site is a properly made child theme of twentyseventeen.

* configuration of etc/nginx/sites-available config to handle current TLS standards and to redirect to https all the time. I am a sysadmin myself im just probably not as good as you and i havent got the time :) for some reason ive managed to redirect everything to [login to view URL] and it wipes off the www everytime.

i am a music producer i sell large to reasonable sized wav files. might sell some t-shirts or mugs off some print site, but i want it to interact with woocommerce automatically if possible i dont want to manually add products off a cafepress type site. the actual site just opens up pages and posts for members if they join. there is only one subscription but pay what you want per year.

what would be also great if setting up social connect apps for me on

*facebook

*twitter

*gmail

*linked in

depending on the price for that - thats not mission critical. im looking for someone i can work with on an ongoing basis if i need other things or stuff goes wrong.

most of the CSS is done on the site i can program that and also be a helper if needed. i can do a bit of php, python, javascript, bash etc if i can help you in any way. prefer to make music instead and pay someone tho ! :)
