Need an expert PHP/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency developer for project

As title states I'm in need of an developer that has worked with blockchain/crypto exchange projectes before. The project will be as following: We will use this php script from codecanyon (or another if you know a better one) Setup/Installation of website (CryptoExchanger) & database Testing & error/bugs fixing - This php website that I purchase (CryptoExchanger) might contain bugs, errors, glitches etc. The functions & features already on the website needs to be tested & checked to make sure they work. I require a full sweep of the code, making sure the code is of high quality, good structure, comments & no errors/bugs/glitches exists. Full frontend web design customization - I have mockups available, this is only mockups and not 100% finished design of how I want the website should look like. Exchange bot integration/setup - Bot to handle orders through chosen exchange platform like binance, okex etc. I believe [login to view URL] works for this, but maybe you know better options for this? Realtime btc rate - Taken from both Binance & OKEx and use average as btc rate. Then convert this rate from USD -> SEK. Currently on CryptoExchanger they are getting btc rates from [login to view URL] and converts it. But I am not sure from where this website gets their btc rate (Í just compared their btc -> USD rate and it’s a lot higher than it is on binance/OKEx) KYC changes - In the script there are currently KYC verification where the user can upload ID proof. Some changes will be needed here. On first page customers will be asked to upload a picture of their ID (only the ID), on next page they will be asked to upload the same ID while holding it (Selfie). On the last page they will be asked to answer few questions (we will add form with answers to these questions). Customers will not be able to change their first + last name after they’ve been KYC verified. Security - As we’re dealing with money & bitcoins, we need the absolute best security for the website. No glitches or safety breaches can happen on the website/database. All sensitive data like passwords, emails, API keys, private keys etc. needs to be encrypted. We will probably use Heroku or AWS and set up the API/Private keys to listen from the host and not directly from the code. You need to have good experience with web & database security.
