Need a script or bot to mass message users on telegram

I have built several member adding and messaging bots for telegram.( you can check my reviews for the corresponding projects ) My bot will join a group automatically and then collect all the usernames. I will use the official telegram API to do this. Only limitation to this is we can send only 30 messages/second. I already have it done : 1) user scrapper from others groups or channels 2) active user scrapper from others groups or channels 3) auto messaging users 4) auto adding users to your group

I have this script supports multiple numbers separate .txt file for message deletes username from list after message is sent

Hi, the script made by me will be highly tested and will have code to face all the possible negative scenerios as well. So it will always run without any issue or maintainance. Relevant Skills and Experience I have been working as an automation test engineer from the last 4 years, and have created scripts for mobile apps, web apps and windows applications as well.
