Need a script to run on a property website with some functions

I run a company that offers a service for people who are interested in selling their property.
I need a script that i can run daily or even multiple times a day that should perform following steps :
- go to the website ([login to view URL])
- log in with the credentials of the account we created
- go to the saved search (The name of the saved search may change over time so the script needs to be able to handle this)
- in the list of each day there should be listings which are identified as 'new', with the date listed. The script should have some kind of option to choose either day of yesterday or even up to last 90 days as a setting.
- If the listing is "new" and the seller is not a professional real estate company, so in other words private owner, we need the script to do 2 things :
1. capture the phone number that is listed by the owner.
2. capture all relevant data regarding that listing and send it to a linked google sheets.
3. fill in a form with a template message that is the same for all sellers and then send the request.
The script should be smart enough that if we run it the next day, it knows how to identify which listings we already contacted the seller for. (by using the Immoweb ID)
What I'm looking for doesn't necessarily need to come in the form of a script. If it's a bot or a web tool that's fine as well.
most important thing is that we can make it run automatically at a scheduled time and that we can make changes as we change our saved search linked to it
