I need a simple news publishing solution in PHP... no big deal... News headlines can be displayed at the index page and they should link to the full story... administrator should be able to add news and upload one image per story, and delete stories... Since it is a small site with not much news, the news page may not require a full database (MySQL or other), it can store all data into a .txt file. I'm willing to pay $20-$50. Thanks a lot,
