The extent of the enhancements is to take a budget calculator which is for one branded organization and create the ability for it to function for at least 5 branded organisations. The current calculator is here:

Users will need to be able to select the brand they are interested in which will have an impact on the variables that are returned from queries and calculations throughout. Further enhancements may need to be included as unforeseen requirements appear. The initial list of enhancements is summarised below and detailed requirements will be provided to the winning developer.
Website updates.
Basic Tab:
• Update the Introduction text to remove the brand referenced.
• Update the Personal Details section to include validation and change the date default
• Add a ‘brand selector’ component so that users can select a brand and modifications carry through
Services Tab:
• Simplify the Package details drop down
• Change heading for Add Services
• Simplify the Add Frequency drop down when selecting internal or external services.
Service Tab changes that require updates to Administration view and Databases:
• Change the Preferred Start Time drop down options to include a range to make booking easier.
• Enhance the Package Management table to include a brand column (if service costs vary by location)
• Enhance the Service Coordination table to include a brand column (if service costs vary by location)
• Enhance the Fees table to include a brand column (if service costs vary by location)
• Enhance the Price List table to include a brand column (if service costs vary by location)
• Enhance the Subsidies table to include a brand column (if subsidies vary by location)
• Enhance the Services table to include a brand column (if services offered or minimum time requirements per service vary by location)
Budget Output:
• Change the design of the Budget Output to make it much easier to follow, include brand selected and show percentage utilization of budget.
• Change the design of the Budget Email Output to make it much easier to follow, include brand selected and show percentage utilization of budget.
Developers will be given access to the Calculator Administration view which requires minor changes that will have been updated in the database.
