I am seeking assistance with the configuration of OpenEMR for a Dermatology clinic. The objective is to streamline the clinic's workflow and ensure efficient management of patient appointments, records, and billing. The following are the key steps involved in the clinic's workflow:
Patient Appointment Request: Patients will contact the clinic's receptionist to schedule a visit and make an appointment over the phone.
Patient Arrival: Patients will arrive at the clinic on their scheduled appointment time.
Provider Assignment: The receptionist will assign the appropriate provider to the patient based on availability and specialty.
Patient Record: The assigned provider will make detailed notes on the patient's medical record, documenting the diagnosis, treatment plan, and other relevant information.
Procedure Pricing: The provider will set prices for the procedures performed during the visit.
Payment Processing: After the appointment, the patient will make the necessary payment at the reception.
Next Appointment Arrangement: If the patient requires another appointment, the receptionist will arrange the next appointment accordingly.
