PayPal IPN Code Fix Needed - PHP MySQL

Dear Developer,
Thank you for taking the time to solve a PayPal IPN issue. PayPal cannot properly connect to our server when a new payment is made. It also cannot update the expiry dates of recurring subscription payments.
Due to the urgency we would be very happy if you could do this small fix today.
If you can do that successfully, then we may have two larger jobs for you.
