PHP code for flexible google maps shortcode

I need a php code for my functions php to place maps with a shortcode in my Wordpress pages and posts. The shortcode needs to be flexible. The following settings/atts must be flexible and part of the shortcode and therefore flexible for each map:
-ID
-Zoom
-latitude
-longitude
-message on hover of marker (info window)
The php code in functions php must include the option to use my custom json style (provided here: [login to view URL]). See example of a style used: [login to view URL]
The style can only be changed in php function backend php code - not in shortcode itself. So, it must be possible to change styles in code, which applies to all maps. Maptype should be roadmap.
Use the following style in the code: [login to view URL]
The map should not include:
- buttons for zoom (+ and -),
- button for full-screen view
- buttons for map satellite
- option for streetview mode

Perhaps, a shortcode for text editor in wordpress could look like this in the end:
[googlemap id="myMap" zoom="9" latitude="21.306944" longitude="-157.858333" message="We are here"]
The map should include a marker; same like in this example: [login to view URL]
The center of the map must be the marker.
