I'm looking for someone who has previsouly worked with php-nuke CMS.
I wish to optimize the site for seach engines & also secure the site & database.
I expect the initial project above to take 1-4 hours maximum.
This project is immediate in nature, but there are ongoing projects with this site in the future.
Bidder must be able to accept paypal or some other payment option so I do not have to send bank transfers (too expensive) or checks if Internaitonal (too insecure).
