The Form Validation Page The form validation page should receive the information from the Store Info page and validate it. All parameters must be present, and all fields must be filled in. Use regular expressions to verify the following: a. The store name consists of one or more capitalized words or integers, separated by spaces (e.g. “The 905 Grocery Store”. b. The street address is a number followed by a capitalized word, followed by a legal abbreviation (st., rd., ave., or blvd.) and then an optional direction (E, N, W, S). c. The city name is a single, capitalized word with no digits or special characters. d. The postal code is the correct format (A0A 0A0 if this is Canada. Feel free to use a different format as long as you state on the page what format you are using.) If there is a problem with any of the parameters, you should print a user-friendly error message and offer a link back to page 1. Otherwise, display the information entered, nicely formatted, and offer a “Get Started” link to the List Builder page.

The List Builder Page This page is like a one-page app. It allows the user to add items to a shopping list one at a time. As the user enters items, they should appear in a list below the form. Do not allow the user to enter blank items or to enter the same item twice. The picture at right is shown to give you a general idea of what the apps should look, but the actual app you create should not look exactly like this. There should also be a “finished” button or link beside the “add” button. When this button is pressed, the user goes to the Summary page. Hint: Store an array of items in the $_SESSION object (introduced in week 4). The Summary Page This page should display all the store info from the first page (which must have been stored in $_SESSION as well) and the list from the List Builder page, all nicely formatted for printing.
