Purchase order for Woocommerce

1. Add [login to view URL] - this will be to create new PO 2. Manage [login to view URL] - this is to view / edit suppliers 3. New [login to view URL] - this is to create new PO 4. New [login to view URL] - this shows when you add a new product, can increase QTY we want to order, the price will be cost price from our system 5. Search product for new [login to view URL] you can search by title, SKU or barcode to add, when you click the product it's added below & auto refreshes When we click save it will make that PO as a draft 6. Draft [login to view URL] - When we open it up it will look like this can still add products to the PO - Clicking "Sending by email" will just email to admin if we click "Notifty supplier by email" it will email them and CC us - Purchase order numbers will vary starting from 44558 & increase by 8 every time - When we click "Confirm" PO it will mark it "Incoming Shipment" 7. Add bulk to [login to view URL] - This will be to add products in bulk to PO, when we choose this and click apply it will come up with a popup to choose which PO to assign to It will only show PO's in draft status not "Completed" or "Incoming Shipment" also refer to Bulk [login to view URL] 8. Receive [login to view URL] - After we click "Confirm" on other page it will show this as per screenshot 9. [login to view URL] - This will show all products in the PO, if we click "Receive" it will marked the items received which was typed in the "Receive QTY" Receive all will receive all products in the "Ordered QTY", it will also need a special code to be entered which will be 5555 When we click either receive or receive all it will update all stock levels the SKU's matching Clicking barcode field then scanning barcode will also increase QTY, it should update fast and each time come up with a confirmed scan PO will be marked completed once all QTY is received or we click here [login to view URL] The system is like this [login to view URL] But we want it custom made like above
