Rebuild ‘handmade’ php site into CMS based responsive e-commerce site

Current site, [login to view URL], is hand built using simple php. It is rather outdated and no longer easy to manage. This project is to have the new site built using an opensource CMS/e-commerce package like WordPress, Joomla, Magento.. .. .. The ‘must have’ list: — All current content shall be ported to the new site. — Although we are not yet selling online, this should be made easily possible; i.e. all products shall be treated as such and be editable in the backend as product instead of a piece of a page (e.g.: [login to view URL]). — The new site shall be ‘light weight’: so no flash or other old/heavy technologies. — We don’t need fancy styling & designs! Our logo is at: [login to view URL] and we only use one supporting color: 5C0120. — The new site shall be ‘responsive’ and mobile optimised from day one. Further information: — please include a mockup in your offer. — please include the name and version of the packages to be used. — a copy of the /www directory-tree will be provided for development purposes; no access to our hosting. — final delivery shall be in the form of a zip containing the /www directory-tree, the .sql file and the location of the config file for the database config.
