Redirect link generation script with API

This PHP/MySQl script must be written with Laravel or Code Igniter MVC framework. App does not need any users interface (all interaction will be done through API) App must have admin interface. Functionality: App must create either direct redirect link or iframe link (show full page iframe so only page content is visible). In case of iframe link must be option to show lightbox popup either immediately, or after number of seconds or on exit. Lightbox popup content should be either image (url or image upload) or custom HTML. Admin must be able to set up max file size limit for upload. Communication API must secret word which must allow other app to call it, post parameters: - username - password - type of link (redirect, iframe) - popup setting for iframe (immediately, delay, or on exist) - url (to redirect or iframe) - image file - image URL - html code for popup - google analytics code - redirect link URL from which should extract link ID (if need to edit existing link or get stats) - statistic request(should for link generation must return: - success or error code - generated link URL - number of clicks (redirects) on link (if statistics requested) for period If I missed need parameter you should advice about it before you start. before link is generated must call amember script API ( [login to view URL]) to check if username/password correct and if user has active subscription ID. There will be main subscription ID which is required and would enable all except image upload, and secon subscription ID which is required to be able to upload image. Separated error code must be returned for each situation. Cron script must run daily and check if only user with active subscription have link. Links for user with expired subscription should be redirect to "expired URL" set in admin. Images from expired subscription should be deleted 14 days after first day of script finding out that user no longer have active subscription for image storage and/or main subscription. Admin must be able search users by username or link URL (from which you can extract ID) and be able to temporary disable or ban user. Admin must be able to set separate URL redirect for temporary disabled and banned (and for expired like was written above) Main link generation flow summary - other app call API with properly - link gen app check username/password and active subscription with amember API - if subscription correct proceed to link generation - return generated link Link stat request call: - other app call API with properly - link gen app check username/password and active subscription with amember API - if subscription correct return number of click for period requested Store number of click per day (do not store all clicks). So you increment counter during the day and then store for that day so will be 1 number for DB to return fast results for period. You must comment code in English language and provide API to do developer of other application can write the other end of calls. Do not bid high.
