hi i can do your required REST API on top of osclass. so what i understand from your description is, the primary need is to enable osclass based web project to have its mobile app too i.e mobile app will interact with web database obviously. we have done such jobs before where a mobile app was needed to interact with a web project. so this project is only for setting up the REST API yeah? who is doing mobile app by the way? if mobile app is also need i can help in that as well. as for REST API i can do some calls for you before you release any kind of payment in order to ensure quality of work.
