[Script] Scrape public Vine API array and post video to Facebook Page

Detailed flow of what I'm trying to achieve attached.
Put simply, the array below features the top Vine's of the comedy section at that point in time: [login to view URL]
I want somebody to help me build a script (1 file executed via cron) that:
Scrapes the array
Gets a video url + information
Stores to MySQL database
Then posts to a Facebook page
Basic knowledge of the Facebook API preferable. Need be able to get page's access token and use cURL to post a video.
Pretty simple job!
