Shopify website need to add in 3 features

a. On the cart page, above the two shipping methods (local delivery and nationwide shipping). Add a text "Shipping Methods" (text-align: center; match font with the "subtotal" text font).
b. Nothing to change if a user selects "local delivery" as the shipping method.
c. When a user selects nationwide shipping AND their cart contains Large size and/or Full size plant, show a pop up. The pop up should have a "continue" button. And have the ability to show a picture and display text. And should have an exit button at the top right place of the pop up. When user clicks "continue" in this particular pop up, ALL of their LARGE SIZE and FULL SIZE plants ALONG WITH THE VARIANTS get removed.
2. On the cart page under the 2 shipping methods, show a link "What's the difference?". this will link to another pop up. Style of the link: text-align: center; color: # 11D936;". Pop up should have the ability to include a picture and display some text and have a "continue" button.
3. Existing floating menu customization: I want alternate colors for each of the selection's background of the menu options. Colors should alternate between #2f1f10 & #291E14, and even padding between the menu selections. Bottom portion of the menu (the most bottom section that contains the exit button stays the same color (#3F2D1C)
Then after all of this, I want the website speed to be optimized.
Things to note:
1. There are 2 product templates: shoptrade and default shopify. PLEASE make sure all the changes does not affect the features of the shoptrade product template, PLEASE!
