Streaming Broadcasting Experts based on Linux searched !

Hi there, i am looking for realy Audio/Video Broadcasting Streaming Experts based on Linux. Please bid only for this Project if realy Specialist for Streaming and familiar with FFmpeg, VLC and NGINX with rtmp Modul. If not, don't wastle my time and your time. Current Situation: I get on my Workstation from the DVB-S Cards sattelite mpeg-ts streams over http protocol. FFmpeg get this streams and transcode it as rtmp output. NGINX with rmtp modul get the rtmp and push it as HLS (m3u8) as http protocol. Problem is: The HLS streams (m3u8) are dosn't work stable, the connection will broken after some time. The goal is to get the hls streams stable, It must run always and continuously. I have only 2 Days for done this Project.
