I would like to create a Front End Form which will store (or) update new (or) existing user data to a Google Sheet. To avoid unwanted access by others a initial authentication of Student ID via OTP (if existing user) (or) ask for mobile number & authenticate user via OTP before proceeding to Google Form. Freelancer is expected to provide a intuitive Form Design with Radio buttons, check boxes, drop down lists.
