The input form format/field will be provided to the programmer. But there will be a little variation of adding/deleting/modifying some fields during the project to finalize.
There will be two type of Dashboards
1) User (in which the user can only edit/modify his own profile)
2) Admin can do the following
a) Search profile depending on different field/filters
b) After search the admin also has the authority to edit/modify/delete/download the user profile (In download the admin will be able to download the profile of individuals in Zip format including their profile in pdf format and other documents along with it in same zip file)
c) Also to download the whole user data just like individual but in this case zip will have one main and in it will be folders of all the users as mentioned earlier. The folder name of the users will be on the CNIC with First and Last name.
d) The data should also be available in admin dashboard in csv downloadable form.
e) The admin should be able to email all/ selected candidates.
f) The admin should be able to private or group chat with candidates.
3) User will first register with form with Name, CNIC, Email and Mobile number.
While registering user the candidate will be verified through mobile phone OTP and email both with different codes and these fields will be populated in the main profile form automatically from the database.
4) Some Form fields will be mandatory, some will be restricted to some limit of digits like CNIC, Mobile, DOB etc.
5) All drop downs default should be blank/none and user has to choose the value accordingly.
6) Need to add captcha and "I'm not a robot' to protect auto bot filling the form
7) The submit button will not work until all mandatory fields are filled as well as the terms and check box is selected
8) All uploaded documents should be stored in a separate folder and not in the database storage
9) Limit file upload to 500kb per file.
10) basic Website front end design included with logos (logos will be provided)
11) All script should work properly with error pages, successful pages, field data missing when user registering will give error.
12) All field checks according to the format set in the registration form.
13) Person should be able to work on both platforms cpanel & plesk.
