Thunderbird Tags export

Job Description:
I use Thunderbird eMail client. I use and older version (ver 60.9.1) due to the fact that there are add ons that only work in the older version. This must work on ver 60.9.1
I want to be able to export the following from all emails in a particular folder to an Excel file. Usually the IN Box.
FROM
RECIPIENT
SUBJECT
DATE
TAGS (Tags are a MUST)
Some emails have 2 tags associated with it. And some have a "STAR" See attachment. The TAGS are the "FU To DO AND DO Purchase AND HOT"
I can export all of them except the TAGS using an addon. But I need the TAGS exported also.
I don't know what programming language Thunderbird is built with, but whatever it is you must be familiar with it in order to complete this project successfully.
