Twilio Project.
Inbound call, database lookup and audio file playback project.
- Twilio Call receive:
1. Accept for inbound call.
- mySQL database match:
2. Complete a number lookup with mySQL database
3. If there is a match, then play audio file linked to user_id (ie. "Hello Bob")
4. If no match play audio file and allow dial-pad ("No Match - enter code")
4.1 Match user_id from dial-pad, if no match then ask for entry again.
- Audio File playback & listening
5. If match - Play audio recording and await for caller's voice response - when caller stops talking for 3 seconds (silence), then play next audio recording.
5.1 Repeat 3 times with seperate audio files.
6. Where caller says 'no' then play an alternative audio file.
7. Save transcript and audio record, if user presses '1' then replay audio file again.
