Update our website with Salesforce forms!

Hi, there! We're IMPACCT Brooklyn, a nonprofit dedicated to keeping our neighborhood diverse, vibrant, and affordable. We're looking to update a portion of our Wordpress website with five Salesforce forms, embedded into the center of eight separate pages without disturbing the surrounding code. There will be a fair amount of formatting involved in the process, including the typical fonts/colors/margins you'd expect from a job like this. We'd like the forms to be centered, with two boxes per line (First Name/Last Name on the first line, Phone Number/Email Address on the second line). The captions for these forms should be white, our default font, and sit right above each respective box, positioned to the right. The submit button should sit below the boxes, flush with the far left edge of the left boxes. The background should be red (we'll specify hex colors), and the color should span the width of the screen. We'd like the height of each respective section to be two-thirds the testimonial boxes on our "Get Help" pages, with the same white margins on the top and bottom separating this section from the others (I believe it's 32 pixels tall). Each font should be preceded with a particular heading, typed in the default IMPACCT Brooklyn font, white, centered, and the same size as the "Support Our Work" heading found on the page. It should be included on the red background. We have the HTML for the Salesforce already. Prospective applicants should be versed in Visual Composer, HTML, Salesforce, and Wordpress.
