I want to hire a freelancer to develop and host a VERY BASIC 7 page PHP website that will host IELTS tests in the form of uploaded PDFs and PDF-based answer keys, along with a youtube video embedded for the listening tests. The content shall be provided by us. The website will have social login and other basic things. It will also have one admin module to upload the PDF tests and answer keys. NOTE: The given budget is the maximum that we can afford. Please do not bid over the limit.
