Hi, What i understood from your description is that you dont want separate android app but web RTC code on your website that allow users to record video/upload etc....whether accessed by desktop device or mobile device

Hi, I'm just finishing up a very similar project (also recording webcam and audio) with great success : https://www.freelancer.com/projects/php/audio-video-recording-transcribe-store/ Based on that, I'm confident that I can deliver you project in a short time and in proper quality. My notes: - I wouldn't recommend using webRTC. It's complex to use and full of browser issues. - In Chrome, Firefox (and Opera) the javascript mediarecorder api works well and can deliver these requirement with ease. However Safari and Edge doesn't support this at all. - On mobile browsers (Safari and Chrome) the "input capture" solution is supported, which can do more or less the same but not in the background, (as it launches the camera app to record the video and returns with the recorded file). - Recorded files might have different file type and codec depending on browsers. It's possible to convert these files on the server side after upload, but not on the frontend side. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me! cheers, Benedek
