Website development needed

I am an industrialist manufacturing Ply boards using Agricultural Wastes. I am [login to view URL] Computer Science and I know Development Work in an out. I am looking for a Fresher candidate or a candidate with small experience but has adequate knowledge of HTML, JS, PHP, Wordpress. I require the candidate to develop as per my official website as per my requirements. More over the candidate should develop as per my pattern and concept. I have domain, hosting, web images, web content, social media all ready and set. I am looking for long term candidate to assist me when it comes to my web. Within 24 hours of work allocation candidate shall share with me the Homepage template section and other pages ( About, Contact etc) template section. Once approved then within next 24 hours shall deliver me website. Anyone who feels fit shall write on top of proposal in double quotes all caps the ply, this is so that I can know that my instructions are well read, so that I can chat with candidate and if I feel compatibility then will allot the work and also do share screenshot of some of your work. Website content material is already ready with me ( Images, Text etc). I shall make payment in one go on web delivery.
