Job Description:
We have a problem with sticky top bar ....
We need to repair this bug .. see the video from attachment for bug details or you can see it live at [login to view URL] on homepage.
as a summary is:
Theat top div background should appear when we scroll down the page ... when we are on middle of page and refesh the page the script does not detect that the page is on the middle and dont apply the background.

Hello, I think solution is checking mouse position when you load page and if Y is greater than 100 px, adding sticky-nav class to navigation div.
