Good Morning We are looking to setup a remote dev team as our business moves forward. We are growing rapidly and are ready to move from our current NZ based developers who are really hard to work with, to a team that can be dedicated to our business and our projects. Our ERP is netsuite and this is the centerpoint of our business. We already have two really good netsuite developers that work in netsuite for us so they will be the netsuite side of our team. Our website is currently fully integrated to netsuite with custom ecommerce on wordpress. We are hoping that developers we work with can take over our current site and integration and build on it with some of the projects we have in mind. While the website is our main project at the moment we also have other tech development projects to work on going forward. Some of the projects we have in mind for the next 2 years are; 1. Ongoing website development a. Customer portal (Invoices, Statements, order tracking etc) b. Website quoting integrated with Netsuite & Hubspot c. Bring it up to speed with current best practices (e.g Core Web Vitals) 2. Hubspot implementation (integrated with netsuite) 3. Various dashboards throughout the business 4. Business analytics (finance & operations) 5. Custom Warehouse Management System 6. PWA development Ideally we are looking for either two developers (Backend & Frontend) to join our team or a fullstack developer who can help us with everything.. Some requirements we have; Backend Development with experience in; - PHP - Rest API - PWA - Wordpress - Hubspot - Analytics/SEO - System Architecture & Documentation - SQL - Web Hosting - Security - Experience in netsuite integrations is a plus. Frontend Development with experience in; - HTML - CSS - Java - UX/UI - Hubspot - SEO - PWA/Mobile First Our design is all done in house but we need this implemented through the website. We would like someone who can bring new tech ideas and technologies to our team. We are open to any suggestions and welcome innovation. You will be required to use our project management software and team communication apps. Fluent english is a must as we ideally will communicate regularly vai Zoom.
