Woocommerce Plugin for VoucherCart to synchronise data ( Voucher codes ) between both platforms

Job Description:
Hi,
we have a saas platform VoucherCat where businesses can sell / issue vouchers / gift cards.
We would like to build a woocommerce plugin which will be available for all woocommerce clients using VoucherCart .
The plugin needs to synchronise the data between VoucherCart and woocommerce store.
So the first use case would be:
Buyers purchase a voucher here: [login to view URL] / when Voucher is sold unique voucher code with value is generated ( for examples xidst-asdda-xncxc with value £50 ) and is sent to woocommerce shop like [login to view URL] ( We can do the sending bit, your role is to create a plugin which will receive the response and adds the code / value to woocommerce ) so it can be used to reduce the total cart value as a coupon...
Voucher Code/coupon should have value and expiry date.
Second use flow is: When Voucher Code / coupon is used at woocommerce / purchase made with code xidst-asdda-xncxc , webhook is triggered to VoucherCart API with information that Voucher has been redeemed.
Third use flow: When Voucher Code is redeemed at VoucherCart platform, VoucherCart should send webhook to woocommerce store with information that unique voucher code cannot be used anymore at woocommerce.
Additionally we would like all woocommerce users to see our plugin and get new signups from woocommerce marketplace.
