Wordpress Development Assistant

I'm looking for someone to assist me in building, maintaining, and developing wordpress websites. This will start off slow, but it's my goal to be able to relay more work onto you in the future. We'll start off with small things and work our way up.
I need the following skills/experience:
Wordpress Development
- Understanding of the wordpress core, and how to write custom plugins
- Understanding of editing/updating themes
- Understanding of shortcodes, but custom and pre-built
- Working knowledge of Elementor
- Working knowledge of Woocommerce
- Ability to write custom functionality for Woocommerce
- Understanding of Wordpress Multisite Networks
The tasks I'll be handing to you will include the following:
- Simple content updates/tweaks
- Legal document generating and posting ( you don't have to write it yourself, we just use an online generator )
- Content Posting and Landing Page Building
- Custom Plugin Development
- Custom tweaks to existing plugins/themes
What I would need from you:
- Time reporting by project, which we can either track in my system or yours, up to you
- We would work off of my project manager in Airtable, where I would assign tasks and provide you with all the details need to complete each task
- If you're writing code, be open to us both looking over it together to insure quality
- I need to know how you prefer to bill your time ( is there a minimal amount of time you bill for at once? )
