Looking for someone to develop a system that will be hosted on Microsoft Azure using a sql databse. The system must be accessible from any computer. It is preferable if it is web based. The language used must be nominated.
The system that will be used to generate pricing for projects that comprise of different pieces of equipment. Each price will also have the associated costs. Each item will have a different price for each market and the prices for that market will have 5 different price levels. The price file allows for the dynamic creation of new fields <elements>. The margin for every quote is required and if a base margin is not achieved then authorization is required for the quote.
The system will be multi currency with different prices for different markets.
Users will be restricted to only quoting or have access to all functions. Users will also be restricted to what markets they can quote for.
The input of data for most information would be screen based but there are many pricing files that can up created / updated by ingesting an excel spreadsheet.
Output from the system will be a quote that would be a generated by concatenating multiple word documents together and inserting the pricing and customer data via a mail merge and then converting it to a pdf
