Write software to regularly scrape data from a website

I need basic software (web-based) built (in any programming language that will run on a SiteGround hosting account) that will scrape data on a fortnightly basis. I do not want anything beautiful - I just want a .csv file with the data emailed to me every 2 weeks. This is the source of data (there is no API) [login to view URL] I want data for every van within Melbourne recorded (click Filters, set a search date a long way in the future, then select checkboxes Automatic, Manual, Street Parking, Dedicated Parking, and Van). The search results appearing in the table below will limit results to 150, which is fine as I want approximately 150 regularly monitored vans. When you click on one of the results you will get taken to a page like this - [login to view URL]:15:00&start_time_iso=2029-09-23T10:30:00&vehicle_id=2528 The data I need to be scraped every 2 weeks, for all 150 vans is: - Vehicle type e.g. "2004 Volkswagen Transporter" - Location e.g. "Clifton Hill, VIC" - Number of trips - Whether the van is Manual or Automatic - Cost of hiring it from 8:30am to 8:30pm (this gives me the full day hire rate) e.g. [login to view URL]:30:00&start_time_iso=2029-09-23T08:30:00&vehicle_id=2528 - Cost of hiring it from 8:30am to 9:30am (hourly rate) e.g. [login to view URL]:30:00&start_time_iso=2029-09-23T08:30:00&vehicle_id=2528- Cost of hiring per kilometre e.g. 45c/km- Number of positive reviews- Number of negative reviews The output is a .csv with one row per van and is to be emailed to me once completed. There should be an error email sent to me if the scraping does not work.
